Facebook widget and bot

A search widget and conversational bot that use your knowledge base to answer questions on Facebook and Facebook Messenger.

You can add a widget to your Facebook page to allow customers to ask questions and select from a list of FAQs within Facebook. The widget uses the same knowledge base as your web and mobile widgets.

To add the search and FAQ widget in Facebook, follow these steps:

1. In the Bold360 AI Console, select your knowledge base and go to Touchpoints > Widgets.
2. Click Add Facebook Widget in the Social Self-Service section. Follow the instructions to add an Ask a Question page tab and activate the application.

To add the conversational bot in Facebook Messenger, follow these steps:

1. In the Bold360 AI Console, select your knowledge base and go to Touchpoints > Widgets.
2. Click Add Facebook Bot in the Social Self-Service section. Follow the instructions in Facebook to add the bot.
3. Click Facebook in the Conversation configuration section of the Touchpoints > Widgets page. Configure the conversational bot as needed and Save your changes.
