Chatting

BCChat is a interface of the class that coordinates the actual chatting.

This instance is reachable two ways.

  • On createChatSession when there is no pre-chat and an agent is available
  • On submitting pre-chat, when an agent is available.
  • Chat data types
    The chat uses the following data types for chat messages, chat message senders, and typers.
  • Chat events
    When the chat becomes reachable it is already started. A chat has four group of events that can be subscribed for.
  • Chat commands
    BCChat is also used to interact in a chat. If you want to send a message call.
