Generate an API Key to start implementing your own chat window.
Generate an API Key
Note: Set up the Chat Window, Department and Website that you
want to use before creating an API key.
Once you have been granted access to the SDK, create a new SDK API key.
- At admin.bold360.com, click .
- Click Create New.
- Select the Chat Window, Department and Website to be associated with the API key.
- Click Save.
- Copy the key and save it for use with the SDK.
Note: It is recommended that you create separate API Keys for
Android and iOS if you plan to use both SDKs. Separate keys allow you to
generate reports for each platform.

Once SDK access is enabled for your account, you can find the download links for the SDK packages at the top of the window on the page.
