Prerequisites for using the Web API and SDK
Before using the Bold360 AI Web API and SDK, you should have access to the following items.
- An account on the Bold360 Admin Center with the "Account Manager" role.
- A knowledge base containing at least a few articles. You'll need to know the name of the knowledge base you are using.
If you do not already have a Bold360 AI account and knowledge base, request a demo or contact your Customer Success Manager.
If your knowledge base does not contain any articles, you can quickly import some sample articles from an online FAQ or contact your Customer Success Manager about importing articles from an Excel spreadsheet.
