The Bold360 Chat Window API provides similar functionality to the Bold360 Chat Window SDK framework: it enables you to implement a fully customized Chat Window and supports deeper integration between Bold360 and your applications.
Important: If you are new to the Bold360 Chat Window API, you should consider using
the combined Bold360 AI Mobile SDK. The Bold360 AI Mobile SDK enables you to combine bot and
live agents support for your customers and will replace the Bold360 Chat Window SDK in the
future.
